We Provide Customized Solutions
Our recruiters are focused on meeting your individual cultural and business needs. No preconceived notions or cookie cutter approaches – only crafted solutions designed to achieve specific hiring goals and objectives. With a full range of solutions, we give you the flexibility you want at the pace you require.
Our top priority. This service option is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company’s directed recruiting resource. You pay us one-third of our fee to initiate the search, one-third when interviews are scheduled, and the remainder when the candidate is placed with your company.
Next highest priority search which takes precedence over all contingency searches. Our fee is computed at a percentage of the total compensation for the first year. You pay us an Engagement Fee to initiate the search, and the remaining balance when the candidate is placed with your company.
We refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, our fee is a percentage of the first year’s compensation, including realistic bonus potential. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
Limited time or short term projects require unique talent. We can determine the best available talent at the right time for you.

We can also utilize these tools to determine the best qualities and characteristics for success during the recruitment process. Background Screening – Depending upon your industry’s regulatory requirements and internal policies, you may have a need for a detailed background check to be completed on candidates. Through MRINetwork we have access to vendors who can provide a full range of pre-employment background checking services (from criminal searches to drug screening). Having the assurance that the candidates you are considering are of the highest quality and integrity possible is invaluable.
Relocation Assistance Program – Hiring talent is only one part of the recruitment process. Making the relocation process move smoothly reaffirms the quality of your company’s first impression and paves the way for a strong partnership with your new employees. MRINetwork provides comprehensive logistics and coordination assistance that can make the relocation of your hew hire easy and efficient.
